Two ways of transfer
Belt conveyor: the bag empties through a sieve into the hopper and the belt lifts the material into the trailer. Free fall and the belt are gentle on granules and pellets, so they stay intact. Suited to plastic granules, regranulate and pellets.
Screw conveyor: the material travels in a closed screw to the trailer. Faster with powders and fine materials, less dust, cleaned between batches. Suited to mineral powders and powdered raw materials.

Questions buyers ask
When belt and when screw conveyor?
Belt for granules and pellets that must not be broken. Screw for powders and fine materials where speed and less dust count. We propose the choice based on the safety data sheet.
Can you also transfer from a silo truck into big-bags?
