Questions buyers ask
How long does clearance take?
With complete documents usually the same working day. An inspection of the goods or missing documents extend the procedure.
Do you also arrange transit to another country?
Yes. We open the transit procedure (T1 or T2) and the goods travel under customs supervision to the office of destination, where the procedure is closed.
Do I need my own EORI number?
Yes. Every company that imports or exports needs an EORI number. If you do not have one yet, we help you obtain it.
Goods waiting in the port?
Send the documents and shipment details. We check what is needed and arrange the procedure.
